Think that this comfy hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it. The property is overall clean, the staff is OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING, and the room is large and huge. Its location to the shopping mall is comfortable and decent.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. the room was reasonably large and the bed was comfy. the staff was very helpful and amicable. the location was excellent, very close to the shopping mall for dinner. Kennedy district was worth exploring.

I recently stayed at Hotel Livingston Inn in Guayaquil for a quick overnight stay. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the airport and Mall del Sol. The secure parking was included in the room rate, which was a great value. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge, sofa, and desk. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. The wifi connection was strong throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Convenient location in a great area, super close to the Mall del Sol, other parts of the city, and the metro bus 🚍. The staff and management are really friendly and helpful. Lots of breakfast options to choose from, including coffee and tea.

the staff at livingston inn in guayaquil were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. the breakfast offered a variety of options and the fresh fruit and juice were a highlight. the convenient location near a mall and good internet connectivity were definite pluses.

Great basic hotel near expensive ones. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good WiFi. Walking distance to mall and eating areas. Complimentary bottled beverages for early check-out. Highly recommended for overnight airport stay.
